Rick Breed is a Partner at the Boston law firm of Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers. Mr. Breed is the President of Tedesco Country Club, Vice Chair of the Board at Judge Baker Children’s Center and serves on the Estate Planning Curriculum Committee of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. He has been named Massachusetts Super Lawyer by Boston magazine and U.S. News’ Best Lawyer for Trusts & Estates, and has been included in several editions of Best Lawyers in America.

President, Grace Fey Advisors

Grace Fey, CFA, is President of Grace Fey Advisors. For 20 years, Ms. Fey was a partner at Frontier Capital Management Co., LLC, serving as Executive Vice President and Director of the investment management firm located in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Fey currently serves as a Trustee of the John Hancock Financial Services Funds and of the Mabel Louise Riley Foundation. Ms. Fey is also on the Board of Directors of WGBH and the Boston Foundation, where she chairs both organizations’ Investment Committees. Ms. Fey is the recipient of the David Knapp award for Trusteeship from the New England Board of Higher Education and the Big Sister Association of Boston Leadership Award. She is a member of the Massachusetts Women’s Forum and the Boston Club.

Robert E. Gallery

Former President, Bank of America – Massachusetts

Bob Gallery is the former President of Bank of America Massachusetts, where he worked for it and its predecessors for 25 years, managing a range of business units. Before becoming President at BofA, he served as Managing Director of US Trust’s Private Banking Unit. Mr. Gallery is Chair of the Trustees of the Boston Public Library and a board member of the Pine Street Inn and the National Association of Corporate Directors. Mr. Gallery is also the former Chairman of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.

Brent L. Henry, Esq. 

Member, Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, P.C.

Brent Henry is a member of the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, P.C. He joined Mintz Levin after retiring from Partners HealthCare, where he served for 15 years as Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to Partners, Mr. Henry served as Vice President and General Counsel of MedStar Health, a healthcare organization serving the Baltimore-Washington area. Mr. Henry is Vice Chair of the Princeton University Board of Trustees, a Trustee of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and a past President of the American Health Lawyers Association.

Alexander P. Lynch

Chairman of Banking, Barclays Investment Bank

As Chairman of Banking at Barclays Investment Bank, Mr. Lynch focuses on developing client relationships in the financial services and other industries. Before joining Barclays, Mr. Lynch was a partner at White Deer Energy, a private equity group focused on middle market energy companies. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at J.P. Morgan, where he served as a Global Chairman of J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank. He also served as Chairman of the North American Mergers and Acquisitions Group and Global Chairman of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) while at J.P. Morgan. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Lynch was a general partner of The Beacon Group, a private investment and strategic advisory firm, and was a member of its Operating Committee and Investment Committee. He began his career at Lehman Brothers, where he was ultimately a member of that company’s management committee. Mr. Lynch received a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He has served as a Board member of both publicly-traded and privately-held companies and has been a trustee of the Cancer Research Institute and Trinity College.

Austin V. Shapard
President and Chief Executive Officer, Fiduciary Trust Company

Austin V. Shapard joined Fiduciary Trust in 2014 as President and CEO. Prior to joining Fiduciary, he held several senior leadership positions at Rockefeller & Co., the global wealth management firm, including President and COO and Vice Chairman and Managing Director. Before Rockefeller & Co., Austin was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Co. within its financial institutions group. He graduated with a BA in history from Yale College and a MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a board member of the Peabody Essex Museum, the Boston Athenaeum, the Anthony Trust Association, and the Provident Loan Society.

Leslie Crane Slavin, Esq.

Principal, Lourie and Cutler, P.C.

Leslie Crane Slavin, a Principal in the Boston law firm of Lourie and Cutler, PC, is a recognized expert in employee benefit law as well as estate planning and estate and trust administration. She has been listed repeatedly in both Massachusetts Super Lawyers and in Best Lawyers in America. She is a graduate of Radcliffe College and Harvard Law School and has been Treasurer of the Harvard/Radcliffe chapter of Phi Beta Kappa for many years.

Benjamin B. Taylor

Former Publisher, The Boston Globe

Benjamin Taylor is a former publisher of The Boston Globe where he worked for 28 years as a reporter, editor and in various executive capacities. After leaving the Globe in 1999, Mr. Taylor has served on several non-profit boards for organizations developing new ways to produce and deliver high quality journalism. He chairs the board of the Emerald Necklace Conservancy, a group that supports Frederick Law Olmsted’s historic park system in Boston. He also tutors students in writing at the Jeremiah E. Burke high school in Boston and is on the Board of Discovering Justice, a civic education non-profit program that works with K-12 school children.

Ellen M. Zane

Lead Director

CEO Emeritus & Vice Chair, Board of Trustees, Tufts Medical Center

Ellen Zane is the former President and CEO of Tufts Medical Center and the Floating Hospital for Children, where she was the first woman to run the organization. Ms. Zane is currently a Director at Boston Scientific Corp, Brooks Automation, Parexel International, and serves as Vice Chairman and Trustee of George Washington University. Ellen has received numerous awards and distinguished honors, including The Lifetime Achievement Award from Tufts Medical Center & Floating Hospital for Children, The Heroes in Health Care Award from the Visiting Nurse Association of Boston & Affiliates, and The Lifetime Achievement Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives of Massachusetts. Boston magazine has also named Ms. Zane one of Boston’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women.
